Abjad.wiki operates strictly as a subdomain routing and rendering service. By utilizing this service, you acknowledge that Abjad.wiki, its developers, and its representatives ("The Providers") act as a neutral conduit for information. The Providers do not initiate the transmission, select the receiver of the transmission, or select/modify the information contained in the transmission. Under no circumstances shall The Providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
2. USER GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)
The Service allows for the display of content hosted on third-party repositories including but not limited to GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket. You understand that all information, data, text, software, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. Abjad.wiki does not control the content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content.
3. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Abjad.wiki and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit, modify or otherwise make available through the Service.
4. CONTENT MODERATION & TERMINATION
While Abjad.wiki does not pre-screen Content, Abjad.wiki and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available via the Service that violates the TOS or is otherwise objectionable.
5. DATA PRIVACY & COOKIES
Abjad.wiki collects minimal personal data. We utilize local storage and cookies strictly for functional purposes (session management, language preferences) and non-identifiable analytical purposes to improve service performance. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
